Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer concept development and creative direction, or production only?

All of the above. We can handle the full creative process (concept, treatment, storyboards, look development), or plug in for production and post only, depending on what you need.

Can you handle still photography alongside video?

Yes. We frequently run integrated productions, capturing campaign stills, key art, and BTS alongside motion for a cohesive look.

Can you deliver platform-specific specs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, broadcast)?

We plan delivery specs at the start so your content looks right everywhere, then export to each platform’s current guidelines with clear file naming so your team can upload without guesswork. We can also include alt lengths (6s, 10s, 15s, 30s), clean and texted versions along with color-managed masters for future use. Just tell us where the content is going and we will deliver the exact specs, plus archived ProRes masters for reuse.

What does your production process look like from brief to delivery?

We keep things simple and collaborative. First, we get to know your goals, audience, and visual references. From there, we develop the creative together, including a treatment, shot list, and a clear schedule. In pre-production, we handle casting, crew, locations, permits, and styling, so everything is set before cameras roll. On shoot day, we capture the work with real-time client review to make sure we are aligned. In post, we take care of edit, color, sound, titles, and light VFX if needed. You will have two review rounds included (unless we agree on something different), so there is room to fine-tune. When everything feels right, we deliver your master files, alternates for each platform, and an organized archive.

How do you price projects?

We scope to fit. Most projects are a flat project fee based on complexity and usage, with tiered options for different deliverable sets. Day rates are available for discrete services (DP, director, editor, color). Estimates itemize major cost drivers (talent, locations, art department, equipment, crew, post) for transparency.
